Dear Laura and all the staff,

Just wanted to say how sad I am that Jack's leaving and throughout his time at Dolphin he has been looked after so well and been so happy and loved.

I know it will be so hard to find a new place for him that will match up. Thank you ALL especially Laura for just going beyond the call of duty and making his time so special.
